Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T. minced parsley
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- 6 boneless,skinless breast halves
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 T. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable bag, combine the first five ingredients. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the milk, then shake in the crumbs. Place in a greased 13X9 baking dish. Combine the butter, garlic and lemon juice. Drizzle over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25-30 mins.
