Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 c cooking wine (we use a sweet white wine)
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- dash of onion powder
- 1 1/2 c white rice, such as Basmati
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for rice, in a pressure cooker. Cook under high pressure 15 minutes. Release steam and add rice and 1 1/2 c water. Cook again under high pressure 5 minutes and allow steam to come down naturally for 5 minutes. Release remaining steam, stir and serve.
