Ingredients
- 3 c chopped cauliflower florets
- 2 T cream cheese
- 1 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Place steamer basket in medium pot with 1/2 inch water. Bring to boil over high heat. Place cauliflower in basket and steam 20 minutes or until very tender and falling apart.
In food processor puree cauliflower, cream cheese and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
