Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. salmon
- 2 tsps. extra virgin olive oil + additional 1 tsp for pan.
- 2 tbsps. Homemade Seasoning Mix (see recipe under Misc. Cookbook)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Coat salmon with olive oil, then pat with seasoning mix. Let salmon sit while you heat 1 tsp. olive oil in your pan.
Place salmon skin side up and cook on medium heat about 3-4 minutes. Turn the salmon over once and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, warm the honey in the microwae for about 12 seconds. Add the vinegar to the honey and stir well. Brush it on the salmon and cook approximately 2 more minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Serve with a salad and your favorite vegetable.
