Ingredients
- Long Green Beans
- Diced Lamb
- 1 Large Onion
- 350 g Tomato Cooking Sauce
- Paprika, Salt, Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
*Wash green beans and cut off all the end bits.
*Saute onion in pot until soft.
*Add paprika, salt & pepper and stir for another 1 minute.
*Add diced lamb in pot and brown until half cooked.
*Add green beans into pot and stir for another 1 minute.
*Add tomato cooking sauce, stir, then add water to cover and simmer until green beans have softened.
*You may need to all more water, if it has evaporated and green beans have not softened.
*Simmer for approx 45-60 minutes or until beans have softened.
