Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups water
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 14 oz. can jalapeno pinto beans
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with onions and bell peppers. Add cabbage and water. Cover and cook slowly for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
