Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) spiral pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups (8 0z.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 cans (2 1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 oz.) Catalina dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta and drain. Rinse in cold water, drain.
Cook beef till no longer p8ink; add water and taco seasoning and simmer for 15 minutes.
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
