Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced in half longways
- heaping 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 C of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4-6 cloves of minced garlic (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder)
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Italian seasoning - optional
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the mayo, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, garlic, & butter. Spread on each inside half of the bread. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned & bubbly.
