Cranberry-Ginger Relish (Martha Stewart)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 TBSP grated fresh ginger
  • 2 TBSP red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In large sauce pan, bring cranberries, sugar, ginger and 2 TBSP of water to a boil.

Reduce heat to med-low and simmer until most of the cranberries have popped, 10 to 15 mins. Stir in vinegar.

Remove relish from heat. Let cool to room temp and serve. (may be stored in airtight container for up to 3 days)
