Ingredients
- Large Mushrooms-or just caps
- 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic or more
- bread crumbs
- grated cheese
- Sausage out of casings
Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushroom stems, onions, garlic in butter until soft. Put mixture in bowl. In same pan, saute sausage until cooked through. Add to onion garlic mixture in bowl. Add 1/2 cup of flavored bread crumbs and grated cheese. Mix well. Brush mushrooms with a little butter, stuff caps and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
