Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced onions
- butter
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 4-5 cups beef boullion OR canned beef broth
- 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Toasted French Bread
- 1/2 part Swiss and 1/2 part Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter. Add flour, beef boullion OR canned beef broth. Add Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to a boil.
Pour into individual bowls. Put French Bread on top of soup and smother with cheeses. Bake until cheeses melt.
