Baked French Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced onions
  • butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • 4-5 cups beef boullion OR canned beef broth
  • 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Toasted French Bread
  • 1/2 part Swiss and 1/2 part Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add flour, beef boullion OR canned beef broth. Add Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to a boil.

Pour into individual bowls. Put French Bread on top of soup and smother with cheeses. Bake until cheeses melt.
