Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C artichoke hearts, chopped and drained well
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 5 oz frozen spinach, chopped drained well
- 3/4 C parmesan cheese
- 3/4 C mozzarella
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Put into glass baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 for about 22 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
