PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 small can of libby's pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk=1 can of milk 1/2 cup skim milk and 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 TBLS flour
  • dash salt
  • 1-1/4 cups sugar or to taste
  • nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Pour in unbaked pie shell and sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking
Bake 425F 15 min. 400F till
done when it is set up
