Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a large bowl beat sugar and egg whites until fluffy. Blend in yogurt and butter.
Mash bananas then add to mix. Stir in flour mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into pan.
Bake 350 50-55 min for loaf.
