Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat pancake mix
- 1 large banana, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (I used 1/2 cup)
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pancake batter per package directions. Stir in the banana, oats, and walnuts. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle or pan coated with cooking spray.
You can freeze and reheat in oven when ready to serve.
