Beer Battered Fish

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb fish fillets
  • 3-4 Tbsp Bisquick
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in saucepan to 350. Lightly coat fish with 3-4 Tbsp bisquick. Mix remaining ingredients til smooth. Dip fish in batter. Fry about 2 min on each side.
