Ingredients
- Vegetable oil
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 3-4 Tbsp Bisquick
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in saucepan to 350. Lightly coat fish with 3-4 Tbsp bisquick. Mix remaining ingredients til smooth. Dip fish in batter. Fry about 2 min on each side.
