Mini Corn Dogs

Ingredients

• 14.75 oz can creamed corn
• 1/3 cup cream cheese
• 1/2 cup chives
• 1 cup cornmeal
• Crescent rolls
• Cocktail Franks

Preparation

Step 1

Puree corn, cream cheese and chives. Dust work surface with cornmeal and spread out crescent rolls, cut each triangle into 3 triangles. Spread some corn mixture, place one frank and roll dough. Roll wrapped dog in cornmeal.

Cook 15 min at 375.
