Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
- 2 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 8 tsp hot sauce
- 1 1/4 lbs chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 2 cups pancake mix and water and 6 tsp hot sauce. Toss chicken in remaining 2 tsp hot sauce. Coat with 1/2 cup dry pancake mix. Dip in batter. Fry
