• 2 c mayonnaise. 2 c 16 oz sour cream. 1/4 c chopped onion. small can water chestnuts. 1 package of knorr vegetable soup mix. 10 oz frozen spinach.

mix all ingredients. tastes best if made the night before. serve with round rye bread or crackers.
