Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 large carrots, or several small, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • can of chicken broth
  • can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook chicken 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cut into small chunks when done.
2. Cook egg noodles 7-8 minutes.
3. Slice carrots and mince garlic.
4. Mix all ingredients and let simmer 30-40 minutes.
