Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 C rolled oats (non instant)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lrg eggs
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/4 C milk
- 3 med mashed bananas
Preparation
Step 1
MIX first 6 ingredients in lrg bowl. Make a well.
BEAT eggs in a small bowl until frothy. Mix in oil, milk and bananas.
POUR into the well. Stir until moist. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased tin 3/4 full.
BAKE at 400 for 15-20 min. Coll 5 min, remove from the pan.
