Ingredients
- 8 lb Pork Butt
- 2 tblsp Jack Stack Chicken and Meat Seasoning
- 1 tblsp ground Mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Salt
- 2 dashes Lawrys Seasoning
- 2 dashes Nature's Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all seasonings together and rub all over the pork butt. Place in a roasting pan on a rack and cover tightly with tin foil. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Place in crock pot on low overnight for 9 hours. Separate meat with forks and place back in juices. Place pan back in refrigerator until ready to serve. The best way to reheat is in the oven. Place pan in the oven at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Mix several times.
Serve with buns and BBQ sauce.
