German Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinammon
  • 6 cups diced apples
  • 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine, add sugar and eggs. Add flour and dry ingredients. Stir in apples.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a greased tube pan.
