Ingredients
- lb. hamburger
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup onion
- thin chunks of zucchini (1 medium)
- 2 slices bacon
- mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon and cut in pieces. _____Brown hamburger and onion.
Saute mushrooms in buter.
Cook zucchini until just tender (in bit of water in microwave)
Combine and sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
1Heat through (on reheat in Microwave or in oven .
Good 3/4 hr. to make serves 6
