Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can lump crabmeat (6.5 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

-Heat oven 400 degrees. Coat a 3 cup oven dish with nonstick spray

-Minced scallions, cilantro, ginger and sugar in food processor

-Add cream cheese and lime juice then pulse to combine. Season with salt and transfer to a bowl. Fold crabmeat into cream cheese mixture. Transfer to prepared dish. Bake dip until hot in the center and bubbly 15 min. Serve dip with wonton chips
