Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- ham steak cut into 1/2 inch slices
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients well. Grill or broil ham, coating the ham with the sauce, until ham is heated.
