Smoothie: Strawberry Pineapple Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sugar orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice if using fresh fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender.
If using frozen fruit you won't need to add ice to blender. If using fresh fruit, add ½ cup chopped ice to blender.
Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds to 1 minute until all ingredients are mixed and smooth.
