Ingredients
- 1 whole Boston butt/pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1 tbs pepper
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tbs cumin
- 1 tbs cayenne pepper
- 1 tbs chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix seasonings and rub on meat. Let marinate 20 minutes or longer for more flavor. Bake at 375 degrees for 4 hrs.
