Gratin of Potatoes with white cheddar and Tarragon

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds yukon Gold potato, peeled and cut into round
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup white wine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Butter glass dish , overlapping slightly

3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and tarragon; then 1/3 of cheese


4. Whisk cream and wine in medium bowl. Pour over potatoes

5. Baked uncovered for one hour
