Ingredients
- 7 pork chops
- 2/3 cup water
- 6 - 8 small potatoes
- 6 - 8 carrots, split lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces
- 1 1/2 cans tomato soup
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, brown the pork chops in just enough oil to coat the pan. Drain away the grease.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
