Raspberry Cream Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 1 TSP. Salt
  • 2 T. Yeast
  • 1 TSP. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Warm Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 C. Flour
  • Filling:
  • 2- 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 TSP. Salt
  • 2 TSP. Vanilla
  • Fresh Raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

For dough:
Melt sour cream, sugar, butter and salt in a saucepan and then set aside to cool. Mix yeast, sugar and water and let bubble. Whisk eggs and add sour cream mixture and yeast mixture. Add flour 1 cup at a time.
For filling:
Combine all filling ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Bake at 350 until golden on top.
