Ingredients

  • 1 TB. oil
  • 2 TB. margarine
  • 2 TB. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
  • 3 TB. parmesean cheese
  • 1 t. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 lb. Scallops

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil & margarine in baking dish. Add other ingredients. Toss to coat scallops. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 min.
