Ingredients
- 6 Loin PORK CHOPS
- 1/2 pkg. PEPPERIDGE FARM STUFFING MIX
- 2 stalks CELERY, chopped
- 1 lg. ONION, chopped
- 1 lg. CARROT, grated
- 1 C. HOT WATER
- 1/2 C. Melted BUTTER
- 1/4 C. BREAD CRUMBS
- 2 Slightly Beaten EGGS
Preparation
Step 1
Wash PORK CHOPS with running warm water to remove bone chips.
Arrange chops on rack in a foil lined jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients and top each chop with equal amounts.
BAKE 350 degrees F for 1 hour
