Pork Chops & Kraut

Ingredients

  • 4-6 loin PORK CHOPS
  • 1 T. CANOLA OIL
  • 1/2 can SAUERKRAUT
  • 3 ONIONS, sliced
  • 3 POTATOES, sliced
  • 3 CARROTS, sliced
  • 1/2 can SAUERKRAUT
  • 1 C. WATER (or Apple Juice)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chops in the oil.
Layer the remaining ingredients into the dutch oven on top of the chops as listed.
Bring to a boil....Cover pot and simmer on low for 1 hour
