Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. Coarse-grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets skin side down, in baking dish.
Whisk together, syrup, mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour over salmon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
