Corn Casserole in Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 cans whole corn with liquid
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 boxes jiffy corn meal mix

Preparation

Step 1

Spray Crockpot with non stick spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour in the Crockpot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serves 16.
