Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Bartlett pear
- Goat cheese
- 1 package of prosciutto
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the prosciutto into small squares. Use a mini cupcake tin to create the prosciutto cups by lining each cup with the squares, about 2-3 layers per cup. Bake until the cups are golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
Cut the pear into cubes and toss it in the lemon juice, set aside. Remove the cups from the oven and allow them to cool, use a paper towel to blot out any excess grease from inside the cups. Place a small dollop of goat cheese on the bottom of the cup and top with the pear cubes.
