Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 rashes bacon
- 30 g butter
- 750 g potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 440 g creamed corn
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop onion ,bacon, melt butter add bacon and onion
2. Add potato and stock, bring to boil, simmer 10 mins
3. Stir in creamed corn and milk
4. Simmer 10 mins til potato tender and chowder thickened
