Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 2 Bags Fresh Spinach
• 2 C Sliced Water Chestnuts
• 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
• 1 Can Bean Sprouts, Drained
• 1/2 lb Crisp Fried Bacon, Crumbled
• 1 Medium Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
• 3/4 C Sugar
• 1/2 C Wine Vinegar
• 2 t Salt
• 1 C Salad Oil
• 1/3 C Ketsup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Salad Dressing in jar the day before and refrigerate.
Toss with all Salad ingredients just before serving
