Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 Bags Fresh Spinach
- 2 C Sliced Water Chestnuts
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
- 1 Can Bean Sprouts, Drained
- 1/2 lb Crisp Fried Bacon, Crumbled
- 1 Medium Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Wine Vinegar
- 2 t Salt
- 1 C Salad Oil
- 1/3 C Ketsup

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Salad Dressing in jar the day before and refrigerate.
Toss with all Salad ingredients just before serving
