Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Homemade Gourmet Mock Spinach Seasoning
  • 1 14.75-oz can salmon, drained and de-boned
  • 1/2 C. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 T. canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; shape and press flat into 6 patties.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; fry for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
3. Serve immediately.
