pork chops

Ingredients

  • 4 porter house pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp ground chipolte Chile
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • zest of one large orange
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 c. honey

Preparation

Step 1

combine oil,ground chipolte, salt, orange zest and garlic in a small bowl. spread mixture over both sides of chops and let stand for twenty minutes.

cook chops for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temp is 145(medium rare) or 160(medium).during last two minutes brush with honey.
