Pepper and Olive Dish

Roasted Red Peppers and black olives in Bread crumbs and evoo

Ingredients

  • 2 small jars of mancini Red peppers
  • 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • grated cheese
  • 1 can of chopped black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up peppers to nice size pieces. Pour peppers in caserole dish the size of a 9 inch glass pi plate is good.
Pour olive oil over them. Sprinkle with all other ingredients. Stir.

Bake for 2 minutes at 350 degrees
