Banana Oatbran Lowfat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat bran ( or 2 cups oatmeal)
  • 11/2 cups water or skim milk
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar twin
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup low fat Becel
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2-3 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 ripe mashed bananas

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes
