Step 1
In a blender put 6 c ripe honeydew melon and blend until smooth. Add 2 c lemon juice, 1 c water and 1 c mint simply syrup. Cover and blend. Put in pitcher and pour into ice filled glasses. Add mint leaves and melon balls to garnish. For mint simple syrup stir in 1/2 c fresh mint with 2 c water and 2 c sugar. Strain after cooling. Let stand up to 2 hours before straining.
