Ingredients
- 12 Tart Shells
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Divide blueberries equally among tart shells.
Mix together egg, corn syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, brown sugar, flour and melted butter. Pour over blueberries.
Bake @ 350 about 15-20 minutes.
