Bacon Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 bacon strips
  • Spinach
  • iceberg lettuce
  • green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble & set aside. Place greens and onions in salad bowl and refrigerate. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over greens and bacon just before serving. Toss and serve.
