Rhubard/Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 1 cup fresh raspberry
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 (3 oz ) pkg raspberry flavored jello

Preparation

Step 1

In large sauce pan, stir ruhbarb, raspberries and sugar. Cover and let stand overnight.

Next day, bring to boil over medium heat. Turn to low heat and Boil stirring constantly for 12 minutes. remove from heat. Stir in dry raspberry jello. Mix well. Place into jars.
