Ingredients
- 3 (11 oz) cans of corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained (or a can of chopped jalapenos)
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 16 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium size bowl, mix mayonnaise and cream cheese, mix until completely combined
Add in remaining ingredients and mix well
Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish
Pout mixture into baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly
Serve with corn chips
