Noodles

Noodles for chicken and noodles or beef and noodles. From Grandma Fawcett.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 T water
  • 1 t salt
  • 3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out thin. Lay out to dry for 1.5 hours turning once. Cut into 3" strips, stack strips and cut thin. Separate and let dry another hour. Bag and freeze.
